We advise on issues relating to protection of copyright and its 'related rights' (publication and distribution rights, broadcasting rights, performance rights, moral rights, and reproduction rights). We undertake registration of copyrights within and outside India, draft and review agreements on grant of such rights by way of license or assignments and non-disclosure agreements. Enforcement of such rights is also undertaken by our litigation and anti-counterfeiting team.
