Freedom to Operate (FTO) Analysis

We give FTO opinions which provide risk assessment relating to infringement of granted patents and potential infringement of pending patent application. FTO opinions can serve as an important part of making good business decisions. The goal of the FTO search is to find relevant unexpired patents or patent applications that could become commercialization barriers in the countries targeted for the manufacture, sale, or use of the proposed commercial venture.

We do FTO for international jurisdiction. We conduct the search in-house, which is reviewed and certified by our foreign correspondent patent attorney.

White Space Analysis

We provide white space analysis, which is an in-depth analysis of patents belonging to a particular domain of technology.
